Nick Domashevsky, about 2007, with book on Ukraine history
Nancy Wade
December 21, 2010
I first knew Nick as a dedicated member of the Horner Park West civic association. Years later I learned of his scholarly work on Ukrainian history. I was greatly impressed that not only had he researched and written about this history, but he traveled back to Ukraine to be honored for this work at a time when it was highly dangerous to do so and might have cost him his life. I'm so glad to have known Professor Domashevsky.
My condolences to his lovely wife, Kathy, and his children and grandchildren.
