Gould, Muriel S. (nee Sarnat). Beloved wife of the late Howard M. Gould, loving mother of Herbert (Elizabeth) Gould, Arthur Gould, and Joanne (Theodore) Merkle, adored grandmother of Alyson Merkle, dear sister of Julius Sarnat, the late Norma Basofin, and the late Bernard Sarnat. Services, Tuesday, 1:00 p.m., at Chicago Jewish Funerals Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd. (1 block N. of Lake Cook), Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Feinberg School of Medicine - Northwestern University, c/o Jeff Nearhoof, Office of Medical Development, Rubloff Building, 9th Floor, 750 N. Very sorry to hear about your Mom. Debbie and I send our condolences.
I have many wonderful memories of Muriel when growing up in Deerfield and spending time at your home. She was a remarkable woman.
