For many years I would take my pop cans down to cash in, and have a nice visit. IT was never a 5 minute run. Mort would remember who I was, but never my name. We would discuss the current state of affairs, economy and family.
I would hear all about his grand children, whom he adored.
My condolences to his family. He was a dear man.
