Monte Meldman Obituary

Monte Meldman was the greates! Monte took care of so many people.
He was a great doctor and even a better friend.. I miss him very much.
Dani Anderson Holec. I know today is his birthday and wish I could say Happy Brithday to him. Gloria If you get this message please know my famiy thinks of you often..

We will miss you, Dr. Meldman, and the extraordinary talent that you brought into this world. Thank you for helping so many people. It's too bad you don't get to live forever so you can continue to help more.

I knew your dad only as a patient and I honestly found him refrshingly honest and uniquely funny. I only saw him as a patient 4-5 times but I refereed him for years. He made weight loss very simple...."its simple math" he told me. He was kind and caring but not in a condescending or overly gratuitous way but in his own way. Several things he advised have truly proven 100% true and his little tidbuts come to my mind often. I am sorry for your loss.

I am so sad and sorry to learn about Dr. Monte's passing. Even afterI moved away, he always kept in touch. He truly cared about his patients long after they left his office.

Dr. Monte was very unique and very caring. I am sure that his patients will miss him greatly.

My condolences go out to the family and all of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Barbara:

I'm so sorry to learn of your father's death. I met him back when he was on the staff of Forest Hospital, through Morrie. It 's odd that they died within a month or so of each other

Among other projects I worked on with Monte was an article that was published in Redbook, which at the time was a popular national magazine for sharp young women.

May his memory be for a blessing.
