Millie and her sisters helped me understand what sharing is meant to be. I spent many days "on vacation" at their home. They were great cousins who shared their cramped bedroom and life with an active child. That beautiful family is now reunited in heaven.

I spent the last three nights with Mildred at her bedside. I provided her with the touch of my hand, sound of my voice and pain control. She was a strong woman and as her nurse she will always be a patient I shall never forget.
