Mildred Dereng Obituary

Dereng, Mildred age 92, of Menomonie, WI, formerly of Chicago, died in Menomonie September 24, 2004. She was born July 12, 1912, in Chicago, to Leon and Antonina (Kuca) Wasilewski. Mildred is survived by her son, Don (DiAnn) Dereng of Stewartville, MN; four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister, Eleanor Spooner of Attleboro, MA; two brothers, Leonard Wasilewski of Knox, IN and George Wasil of Geneva, IL; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roman in 1993; parents and a sister. Funeral services will be held Monday, 10 a.m., September 28, 2004, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Menomonie, WI. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Rhiel Funeral Home in Menomonie is handling the arrangements. 715-235-2181.
