Dear Mike -- we think about you a lot. Joe brings you up quite often, you are remembered and truly missed. We love you. We were just thinking about the time you slept over, and you thought the frogs croaking were trucks in the night. We laughed so hard together.
with love, Joe and Leslie

Mary I miss seeing you with Mike. I'm crying tears because we loved him and miss him so much. I'll always remember his laughing and his white "Santa" looking beard. My broken heart can't compare to yours or the girls but we'll always feel very close to you. We kind of "grew up" together in the 70s. We'll never ever forget him or you. When you visit us it's like Mike is near by. Always stay in touch. We'll always love Mike & Mary

Mary, we were so surprised to hear of Mike's passing. Although we've been away from Chicago for a long time, we still remember the times we spent with you guys. Mike was always so laid back and mellow, we always felt very comfortable around him. We still talk about the time we went with your family to the Pakistani restaurant on Western Avenue. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.

Love, Mike and Lori Dorgan

Mary, just read Michaels obituary, it was similiar to the one for my husband just one month ago. Both brave men served in the Army during the war, returned home to become loving husbands, dads & grandpas! Both taken suddendly at their young age, from the ones who loved them. May you feel Michael's warm embrace, let that, along with the thoughts/prayers of family & friends hold you up during these difficult days ahead. As our lifes journey may be different, my family & I will keep you & yours in our hearts, praying that we may all find peace & comfort along the way
