Michael Plovanic, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, January 24, 2021 beloved husband of Marian Plovanic nee Zidek, loving father of Michael (Wendy) and Carrie Plovanic; cherished grandfather of Chloe and Shannon; dearest brother of William (Vinnie) Plovanic and the late Barbara (the late Frank) Iozzo, and Richard (Betty) Plovanic; dear uncle of many nieces and nephews; proud member of Teamsters Local #710 for 43 years. Visitation Monday 3-8 p.m. Funeral Tuesday 8:00 a.m. until time of prayers 8:45 a.m. at Maher Funeral Home 17101 71st Ave. Tinley Park, to St. Stephens Church, Mass 9:30 a.m., Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery.
