Michael N Mikolajczyk, Passed away January 2, 2022. Beloved son of the late Norbert and the late Bernice Mikolajczyk (nee Gwizdala). Loving father of Jennifer (Todd) Kincade, Tracy (Steve) Sawatzky, Katherine (Rob) Serio. Devoted grandfather of Morgan, Haily, and Megan. Dearest brother of Rev. Edward and Donald (Judy),(late Maria) Mikolajczyk. Devoted uncle of Matthew (Kim) and Melissa Mikolajczyk. Loving cousin and friend of many. Mike was a former employee of Illinois Masonic Hospital. Services will be held at Central Chapel, 6158 S. Central Ave. Chicago, IL., where family and friends will gather on Friday, January 7, 2022 from 3 to 8:00 pm. Funeral Saturday, January 8, 2022, Chapel prayers at 9:15 am. Funeral Mass 10:00 am at St. Symphorosa Church (Two Holy Martyrs) 6135 S. Austin Ave. Chicago, Illinois. Burial Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association. For those attending visitation and funeral, masks are required. Please visit Michael's Book of Memories.
