Michael D. Hayes of Dallas has died. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, September 1, 2000, noon to 9 p.m., at Sandra Clark Funeral Home, 6029 South R.L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, September 2, 2:30 p.m., at Goodstreet Baptist Church, 3110 Bonnieview, Dallas. Interment will be at Lincoln Annex Cemetery.
