Michael Havemann Obituary

The day before I received this notification I was just thinking about Mike and thinking about the great memories I had working with him. We laughed, worked hard and became friends. He will always be missed. He had a big heart and loved giving me a hard time which I gave back in turn. I know when it's my time he and I will meet again.

The years I got to work with Mike were memorable. When I came into his group I shared a cubical with him. We were so different but over time we became good friends. He helped me learn the job and was always kind. We shared a lot of laughs together. I could tell he loved his wife and kids and would worry about them. He was truly a good man. Mike, I hope when it is my time we meet again!

My deepest sympathy to your family. Mike and I worked for close to 30 years at Western Electric/AT&T/Lucent/Alcatel-Lucent. We had a lot of fun together and solved a lot of problems. Mike was a good man, and a good friend. I am so devastated to hear of his passing. I know we met, Cyndy, and your children, too, on those Christmas Eve "family days". My love and prayers to his family whom he loved with all his heart. Til we meet again, my friend. God bless you all.

Daddy, there are times when the pain is so much I'm not sure my heart can take it. And there are times where I just do not know what to do. But, I feel your presence calm me, and I hear your voice inside trying to give me the answer. I promise that I will always listen when you are near. And Mom will be ok.

I will always remember running into Mike in the hallways of AT&T. He always took the time to say hello and spend a few minutes catching up. I will miss these short but pleasant encounters. Rest in Peace friend. Deepest condolences to the loved ones he left behind.
