Thinking of you a lot lately, wishing you would still be here to talk to and cheer me up on the gloomy days. I wish it never ended this soon and that a zillion more laughs could have been made. Help me and give me the strength I need for the days ahead of me.

To the Gammon Family-
I'm truly sorry to hear about your father. I remember babysitting all six of you and when he came home, he always made me laugh. He was always cracking jokes (even though I was young then and probably didn't understand some of them) it was just his outgoing personality and the way he came across as a fun guy. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you through this hard time.

Gammons,
Though I know words are never enough to bring someone back, I just want you to know how sorry I am for the loss of your father. He was a one of kind guy and to tell you the truth I don’t think I will ever meet anyone like him again in my life. He was the best person to turn to for advice because of all that he experienced and learned from. If you needed just a smile when the day wasn’t going your way, he'd give it to you and one was enough to cheer you up. Through the pain that any death will bring, it is important to look back at all the laughs and memories that he planted in our hearts. He was crazy, yes, but his personality was the way many should envy being that you should have fun, laugh, live and not care about what anyone else thinks. I know that he planted a little piece of that in each of you. Know that peace and ease will come from many of us who are thinking and praying for each of you.

I'm sorry for your loss. I knew Mike through my parents (Jerry and Nancy Bonine). Mike was always in a positive mood and good natured when I saw him and spoke with him on the phone. He had interesting stories to tell and he made me laugh. He will be missed.
