Fitzgerald, Michael B. of Oak Park, U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War, beloved husband of Violet (nee Potter), loving father of Janet Slawson, Joyce Pagano, Michael (Tricia), Susan Anderson, RIchard (Patrice) and Kathy (Steve) Donnelly, proud grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of one, dear brother of James Fitzgerald and Cecelia Nield, dearest uncle to many. Funeral Saturday, December 27th, 9:30 a.m. from the Joseph Nosek & Sons Funeral Home, 6716 W. 16th St. (one block east of Oak Park Ave.), corner of Euclid, Berwyn, to Ascension Church. Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association, 208 S. LaSalle St., Ste. 900, Chicago, IL 60604 would be appreciated.
