You were our FAVORITE Uncle! The man who made our child life truly exciting! We loved the camping trips, the hikes and stories,(boy he was a great story teller) motor bike riding, the summer stays at your house. The country life!
The funny thing that sticks in my head that I still do to my children..holes in clothes, Uncle Mike would walk up to me and make the hole bigger and say,"HOLY shirts are to be worn on Sunday" and that shirt would be tossed away.
Bottom line we have alot of GREAT childhood memories about him and he will be missed dearly.
With all do Respect,
Dominic Peter Greco, Peter Salvador Greco and Daniel Joseph Greco

Mike was a very kind man. He had a big heart and an even bigger voice. I loved the discussions and debates we had. Mike will be missed.
My prayers go out to your family for your great loss.

I know Mike through my wife's family who were living in a house on his old property. Mike was very proud of his service with the United States Marine Corps, and wore it proudly on his chest. As an active duty Marine myself, Mike and I would talk for hours about the Marine Corps and his expierences. You could always see the Marine in Mike, by his clothing, his license plate, or the colors he flew on his property. I was honored when Mike asked me to find him a Dress Blue uniform to wear to the next Marine Corps Ball. In the short time I got to know Mike, I grew to respect him and take pleasure in his company. I know that Mike is doing well at his new duty station, as the Marine's Hymn states; he is guarding something more important than any Embassy, he is guarding heaven's scenes. Semper Fidelis Marine, and God Speed.
