Wendy,
We are all still shocked and saddened about Mike's passing. His time here on earth was indeed too short. God had other plans for him in heaven. I know that he will always be with you and watching over you and the children. I did not know Mike that well, like I know you. It is very evident that he had you and the kids as his top priority always! I hope that you can find some comfort knowing that Mike is not far from us. Stay strong and always keep your faith Wendy. You are in our thoughts and prayers in this very difficult time of loss. If you need anything anytime please know that you can call me. Miss you!

Wendy,
I am so sorry for your loss. Mike had such a presence about him and he made coming to work something to look forward to. He genuinely cared for the people that worked for him and the way he expressed it was positively unique. He made everyone feel special and inspired them to live life to the fullest. There was never a dull moment in the office when Mike was there and I still feel his positive energy every single day. I feel so lucky that I was given the chance to get to know Mike and he will never be forgotten. Anything that you or the kids need, please don't hesitate to call. Xoxo

Mike was a mentor to many of us in the healthcare arena. Meeting high levels of quality was Mike's expectation which helped many of us in his management team (current or former) grow or prepared us for our next career roles. I considered Mike a friend, and brother. We did not agree all the time, but always knew we could count on each other. My deepest sympathies go out to Wendy and the kids, Mike's immediately family, and his work family the staff at SSC (SPi Healthcare).

Although Mike was taken from us much too soon, we are blessed to have known such a kind, generous, and loving man. Mike would light up a room when he walked in! He always made you feel so great about yourself. He had the most positive energy of anyone I had ever known. Mike could find a solution to any problem and was such a caring listener and counselor. He had so much love to give. It was a joy to see the love he had for Wendy, Mikey, Itsy and Luc. Mike was so proud of his family!
Because of Mike we have learned to judge a little less, forgive more and love more. We love you Mike, we will miss you so much.
Wendy, Mikey, Itsy & Luc we are here for you and love you with all our hearts. xoxoxoxo Cheryl, Steve, Tyler & Jordan

Mike Beninato was the kind of guy who went to bed dreaming and woke up singing. If he meet you one time, the next time he saw you he would not only remember your name, but buy you a drink. If you had the opportunity to be friends with or do business with Mike, you were a better person because of it. Mike was a man of many achievements in his life. If you asked him what he was proudest of, it was His and Wendy's three (Mikey, Itzy, and Luke). He would walk with them through the neighborhood every week, read them a story every night, and plan his days and weeks around them and their occasions. Mike loved his three and adored his wife Wendy. They were always together and he would shower her with affection and compliments daily. Michael was taken from us all too soon, but his generosity, love, and family are hallmarks of Michael's character. They are also the monuments he left behind, for which all of us can be grateful. God speed Michael Beninato.

Wendy,
The world was lucky enough to get Mikey for almost 47 years. That was a gift. In that time, he gave us joy and laughter. He challenged us to be our best, and he led by example. He was larger than life, and he is larger than death. He lives on through you and your 3 little angels. Mikey taught us all how to be better human beings - take comfort in that and know that you will not be alone - all those he touched will now be here to support you. We will do for you and your family what he would have done for us and ours.

Wendy,
We pray for divine peace and mercy for you, the kids, & Mike. In a letter to Erik several years ago, Mike included this poem:
Yet let no empty gust
Of passion find an utterance in thy lay,
A blast that whirls the dust
Along the howling street and dies away;
But feelings of calm power and mighty sweep,
Like currents journeying through the windless deep.
And he adds: "It struck me that I wanted to be this way and that I wanted to teach my children this as well. Stay the course with the depth of the currents of the ocean not a wirlwind in the street that everyone can see but that quickly vanishes."
And so he did... which is apparent by all the lives he touched who will forever remember special times with Mike and how he influenced them. Memories that will never vanish.
May we always celebrate this wonderful life God blessed us with through enternity.
With all our love, Uncle Terry, Aunt April, & Erik

Wendy,
I am so sorry for the loss of Mike. I worked with Mike from his first day at SSC. He was a special person to a lot of us at SSC especially the early years when he was in Springfield a few times a month, He made SSC into a family we still are today. We always talk about the early days as we were so small when Mike came along and we became what we are today SPI Healthcare because of a great leader, Boss, Mentor and friend. He will continue to live on in my heart and thoughts. May Mike rest in peace.

Family and Friends of Mike Beninato. I did not know Michael very well and met him through a business acquisition. We had a few more meetings and Mike spoke to me about his business philosophy and being the best. But he also stated that the best thing about him was his wife, he then showed EVERYONE :-) a picture of you and then your baby triplets. Mike had a great presence and I am sure he will be missed by many. My best to you and your family.
