Clinton, Merle Patrick "Pat" born on October 28, 1920, in Chicago, IL, passed away on August 24, 2010, in Elk Grove, CA, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife Corinne and his loving son John, he is survived by his children, Robert Michael Clinton, Judith Ann Rice, Mary Ellen Clinton, Richard Daniel Clinton, and William James Clinton, he is also survived by nine grandchildren, Gabriel, Patrick, Adam, Erica, Christina, Kevin, Lynda, Shawn, Corinne, and four great-grandchildren, Miranda, Gabriel, Logan, and Jasmine. He went gently in the night into God's arms to be with his beloved wife, his loving family, and his cherished friends. He is at peace. Those of us left behind will miss him for a long time to come. We love you dad, grandpa, great-grandpa, "Grumpy". Memorial services are pending. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to your favorite charity. Arrangements handled in the care of Harry A. Nauman & Son.
