Janice and I wish to send our condolences to all of you during these difficult times. May his passing be a respite from suffering and the rememberance of his life be a joy to all of us who knew him.

I'm sorry to hear of Maury's death. I remember him well for his wonderful contributions and long time role in the ASPRS risk management symposia. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I had the privilege of working with Maury for many years at Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey. He and I were usually one of the first two in the office and spent many moments simply "visiting" during that time. What a wonderful man -- he was never too busy to share a joke, a smile or a word of encouragement. Heaven is truly brighter with Maury there.
