Beloved husband of Karen nee Davie; loving father of Matthew J.; devoted son of the late Joseph "Joe Vac" and the late Mary; dear brother of Joe, Angel (Tony) LaCassa; brother in law to Elizabeth (Scott) Leist and Andrew (Amanda) Davie; cherished uncle of Anthony, Joey, Michael, Hannah and the late Gianna. Visitation Tuesday 3 PM to 8 PM at the Dalcamo Funeral Home 470 West 26 th Street. Family and Friends are asked to meet Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Seton Church 9300 W. 167 th Street, Orland Hills for 10 AM funeral mass. Entombment Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery. Matt was a very good man. I knew him from high school. He always treated me with dignity and respect. He was also a truly nice person. I am very, very sorry for your loss. He and his family are in my prayers.
