Mary McCarthy Obituary

McCarthy, Mary D. age 79, of Evergreen Park, beloved daughter of the late Catherine (nee Igoe) and Patrick McCarthy. Loving sister of the late Dennis McCarthy. Mary was a proud alumna of Visitation Grammar School (1945) and Visitation High School (1949). She was a retired Illinois Bell Telephone employee and a faithful volunteer at Little Company of Mary Hospital. Mary was a dear friend to many and a most generous donor to numerous religious and charitable organizations. Friends will gather at Queen of Martyrs Church 103rd St. and Central Park Ave. on Thursday morning for visitation 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
