Mary Lynch Obituary

Mary was my best friend and sister-in-law for over 30 years. Everyday I think of her and miss her. I think this web site is great. I know Tommy and the girls will appreciate all the kind words and praises.

My wife and I wish to convey our deepest sympathy on the passing of your mom Tim. I too have been here. Your memories will always be there of her. Cherish them.

We were so shocked to hear of Mary's passing. She was always so vibrant and peppy. She will be greatly missed by many people. Our hearts go out to you and yours. You will be in our prayers.

Living so far away from the family has it's price. When events such as the passing of Mary occurs it leaves me haunted and powerless to do much in these times of grief, except to offer my deepest condolences to Tommy and the children who will miss her the most. I have nothing but fond memories of Mary.

MARY AND I BOWLED TOGETHER FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. IN 2002, WE CHANGED OUR TEAM NAME TO THE "YA-YA SISTERS", CAUSE WE WERE BASICALLY LIKE SISTERS. I WAS VERY FORTUNATE TO BE PART OF MARY'S LIFE. SHE WAS ALWAYS SO INVOLVED WITH HER FAMILY, STUDENTS, THE ALSIP PARK DISTRICT, AND ANYBODY WHO NEEDED A HELPING HAND (LIKE A CERTAIN NURSING HOME). AT XMAS, SHE WAS MRS. CLAUS FOR THE LITTLE KIDS. IN THE SPRING, SHE WOULD TRY AND FIND JOBS FOR HER STUDENTS. SHE LOVED GOLF, CAMPING, HER FARM, SANDY AND GRUNT, HUNTING, THE KENTUCKY DERBY, HER XMAS VILLAGE, BUT ESPECIALLY TOM, HER KIDS AND GOING TO THE MOVIES WITH ROSIE. SHE WAS TRULY A CHRISTIAN AND A HUMANITARIAN. SHE WAS DEFINITELY A DOER, WITH AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF ENERGY. I WILL MISS YOU DEARLY MY GOOD FRIEND. REST..... YOU DESERVE IT.

WHY DOES GOD BLESS US WITH ANGELS ONLY TO TAKE THEM AWAY? TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS YOU ARE IN MY PRAYERS. MRS. LYNCH WIL TRULY BE MISSED BY US ALL.

Mrs. Lynch will always be remembered by me and my family for the great support and encouragement she gave my sister, Rachel. She will be missed very much. I believe her legacy will live on in the students that she loved and taught.

MARY WAS MY GOLF BUDDY AND BOWLING BUDDY. SHE HAS TOUCHED EVERYONES HEART AND SHE WILL BE VERY MISSED. I ALWAYS ENJOYED BEING WITH HER. SHE HAD ALWAYS BRIGHTEN UP MY DAY.

What a wonderful lady Mary was. I visited with her daily at school and was truly blessed to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
