"The Hat Lady"
Greece: Went to be with her Lord Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at age 83. She was predeceased by her husband, Dominic; sisters Juanita Bryant and Nada Pickel. Survived by her daughter, Linda (Russel) Coon; sisters, Virginia Luciano, Nancy Stamey; grandchildren, Brian (Kristin) and Zachary Coon; great-grandchildren, Jacob and Chelsea Coon; niece, Fran (Terry) Flanigan; sister-in-law, Phyllis Dambra.
Family will receive friends Thursday, February 18th from 11 AM - 1 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where Funeral Services will follow at 1 PM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Hospeace House Inc., P.O. Box 343, Naples, NY 14512. To share a special memory please visit

Mary was such a sweet, sweet LADY...always a lady.... whether we saw her at church or at the mall, always happy.... have prayed for her during her illness and glad she is in a new, healed body, in the presence of our Lord... how we will miss our dear Mary... God bless her family and give them peace. Our love and prayers, Til we meet in Heaven, Fred & Jean Love, First Bible Baptist Church
