Nee O'Shea, age 89, a resident of Hickory Hills, IL and a former resident of Deerfield Beach, FL and Hazel Crest, IL, passed away December 29, 2020. She was born May 22, 1931 in Chicago, IL. Beloved wife of the late John J. "Jack" Goodwin; loving mother of Dr. Mark Goodwin, the late Dan (Ruth Ann) Goodwin, Maureen (Alex) Jacobs, the late John Goodwin and the late Bobby Goodwin; adored gramma of Emily (Michael) Sneddon, Christina (Justin) Michaud, Patrick (Bianca) Goodwin, Lauren Goodwin, Kevin (Meredith) Goodwin, Jack (Leah) Goodwin, Shea (fiancé Sophia) Goodwin, Abby Jacobs, Alex Jacobs and Tess Jacobs and wonderful great-gramma of Annabelle, Danny, James, Elliot, Grace and Reaghan; devoted daughter of the late James and Anne O'Shea; dear sister of the late James O'Shea and the late Nancy O'Shea and sister-in-law of Nancy (the late Martin) Roche, the late Joan Goodwin, the late Maureen Alberts and the late Jean Goodwin; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 150 N. Michigan Ave, Suite 1550, Chicago, IL 60601 or the Alzheimer's Association, 8430 Bryn Mawr, Suite 800, Chicago, IL 60631. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, January 9, 11:00 AM at SS. Peter & Paul Church, 36 N. Ellsworth Street, Naperville, IL 60540.
