Mrs. Mary and Mr. Joe were my neighbors and Mrs. Mary turned out to be one of the closest persons on earth to me. I grew up next door and I was the kid that helped her out with things and my prize for helping her was her wondefully delicious pie. Apple or Rubarb. I will never forget you Mrs. Mary

Dear Teta Mary, we will all miss you. Thankyou for all that you have done for me, I still treasure the photo album of my life that you made for me in 1966 when I was in and out of the hospital. Thankyou for teaching me some of the Slovenian language and for the stories of the people in Jenny Lind, Arkansas. Love, your godson and nephew, Edward Jr.
