I am a few days late on this one, but wanted to carry on the Keith tradition of saying Hi once a year to you and your beautiful wife. Give Keith a big hug for me and tell him how much I miss him. Love you, Marv and am so happy I got to know you!

Here we are 2024, I still miss the two of you. I remember all those times as a teenager when I didn't want to go to the cabin for the weekend. I wish now that I knew then how much it would hurt not going. I loved sitting in a boat for hours on end generally catching nothing, but the conversations were well worth it. I'd like those times again were it only possible.

Well another summer is coming to a close soon, another summer without you and mom to share our love with.
I doubt a day goes by I don't think of you two, I guess that's the way it's meant to be. I'm in no particular hurry to see you again, but when the time comes it will be wonderful.
Love you, love mom.

Happy Birthday Dad!
I think you'd like my new truck, its a slightly smaller version of the Z71 you had.

I took Matthew fishing the other day. We didn't have much luck but I did have fun. I could hear your voice coming out of my mouth about worms and lures and rods and reels. Thanks for being there with us.

Love you.

Happy birthday dad! Sorry its been so long, looks like 2 years. So today you would be 90, thats incredible. I miss you still, think of you often, and hope you and mom are taking care of each other. You two had a true love, one to be emulated and revered. I wish you were both here so I could ... well... just talk, shoot the breeze, maybe go fishing.

Love you.

Happy Birthday Dad!
Deb and I are headed out to a Boy Scout camp to set up Amateur Radios. How did you know that would become a life long hobby of mine? How did you get me started? Where did my first radios come from?
You did good whatever the answers.
Thank You! Love You! Miss You!
-- Love from Deb too.

Hi Dad.

It's been a while. Even thou you have been gone all these years, I still miss you a lot.

I'm still using your trailer, I just had the bearing greased, the tires looked at and I fixed the side panels I had added. I'm thinking of painting it, do I use house paint or what? The bearings are pitted from trying to carry to much weight, and I had to replace one of the wheel hubs. The old thing is pretty worn out but still holding up pretty good.

When I see it sitting in the side yard every day, it brings back memories of how important such a little thing was to you, how valuable you considered it. It was your trailer, you used it, you took care of it. It's now my trailer and it reminds me of you, I cherish it and want to take care of it for that reason.

Today would have been your 86th birthday, so happy birthday dad. I can't give you much, I guess where you are you really don't need much, but love and remembering you is handed out every day. I regret that the last few years of your life we lived so far apart. I would have enjoyed spending more time with you in the woods, on the lake or just sitting by a fire quietly talking.

Say hi to mom for me, take care of her and yourself until I join you. Love you both with all my heart.

Dad,

Our first summer without you is coming to an end, cooler weather is here, and some leaves are even starting to show their fall colors and KaiserKlan is still together going strong.

Deb and I have moved into our new house and somehow even managed to have a party for friends and family, I sure wish you and mom could have been here too. I think you would both have liked our house, it borders on a very nice woods with lots of deer, turkeys, birds, squirrels, you name it and its back there. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I wanted to call you and ask how to do this or that, once I even picked up the phone in a moment of total frustration.

Deb and I are honored to be this years host of the KaiserKlan Christmas gathering, it will be really nice to have the gang all here for the first time, which is another occasion I wish you guys were here for.

Both or your birthdays are coming up in a couple of weeks so in case I don't do it then, happy birthday mom and dad and please know I'm thinking of you often.

Brendan came over last night, he asked me for a hug, he wanted to express how much he missed you both, and how much he loved you, please do what you can to take care of him and all of us for that matter. We all need your guidance, love and experience.

Love you both.

Christmas has passed. The first Christmas without you or mom, we as a family are still in a state of shock and confusion of what to do, and where to do it. We will be meeting on January 8th to celebrate a KaiserKlan Christmas but truth be told, it won't be the same without you and mom.

I miss you dad, I miss you both and I thought of you often on Christmas day, even when the confusion of two sons and two daughters came over for a big turkey dinner. We will find a way, all of the KaiserKlan to continue the traditions you and mom gave to us for Christmas and the whole year long.

Love as always -- Keith

Well Papa the dya came yesterday when I said "now what do I do?". It dawned on me that I was alone. No one to have for dinner, no one to go see, everybody was off doing thier own thing, the time when you and I spent the most time togeather, and I was alone. I miss you sooo much. I am in my new house now, I know you would approve, you picked it with Karen. And we got our dog that we have wanted for sooo long, and I just know you would have liked him I hope you and mom and gram are safe and happy togeather, I love you.

To the Kaiser family, i send my love. Although i had only just begun to get to know Marv, he became more like my grandpa with each visit and he will be missed. I share the family's grief and only regret not being with him & the Kaiser's sooner.

My Dear Kaisers,

I think you all know how much I miss both your Mom & Dad. Life is so much sadder without them in my life, especially since I'm without Harvey too. I hope you kids know that I will be here for you as long as the Good Lord allows me to.

With much Love, Auntie Mar

I shall always remember the warm hug that he greeted me with when I first met him. Marv had a way of making everyone feel special and he was so special himself. I marveled at the way he lived his life so fully.

He always wore fun hats and we had fun fishing with him. Will always remember my trip to KC in his big red truck. That is when I really got to know him better.

We all miss you greatly, but we know you are with the love of your life and will be there to greet us with a hug, as warm as that first one. With much love...

Who was he? He was my Grandpa, but more that that he was the only father i ever knew. In the past few years he also became a very dear friend. We had to learn to take care of each other and so we did. He promised to stay until we were settled and he did. I loved (and love) this man more than i shall ever love any other.

Marvin loved his family, loved the water and fishing, loved to dance and have a good time. He was a devoted father. He will be missed by his family. My sincere condolences to the family. It is a sad day to have lost someone that I knew for so many years.
