Our family belonged to the parish for 30 years. Our 4 children attended St. Damian and Tom was a member of the school board while the Monsignor was the pastor. We have fond memories of him. Our prayers our with you.

Msgr. O'Day was a life long friend and exemplary priest. He was our associate pastor at St. Columbanus when I was in grammar school. May his soul rest in peace forever.

from my earlier years at st. damian, i remember msgr o'day as a friendly, giving, and devoted pastor not only to the students at his school, but also his community. he was an amazing man with high hopes for all the children he came into contact with. he will be missed deeply.
