Marilyn Osowski Obituary

Osowski, Marilyn V. (nee Druska) 65, a resident of Woodridge, IL, formerly of Brookfield and Lisle, IL, died on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at her home. She was born January 8, 1949 in Chicago, IL. Beloved wife of Ronald L. Osowski, whom she married March 31, 1973; devoted daughter of the late Joseph and Adelaide Druska; dear sister of the late Conrad (Antoinette) Druska and the late Daniel Druska; sister-in-law of Deborah Osowski and Thomas Osowski, both of California; fond aunt, cousin and friend to many. Marilyn grew up on Chicago's South Side and was a graduate of Lourdes High School. Over the years, Marilyn was employed by Triner Scale in Chicago, Tyco in Oak Brook, IL and most recently at Molex in Lisle, IL. She was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Naperville. Marilyn will be remembered as one of the sweetest people you would ever want to meet, her smile, joyful attitude and kind gentle manner always made whoever she would talk to feel great about themselves. Visitation Monday, March 10, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, IL. Services will begin Tuesday, March 11, 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home and will proceed to a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1450 Green Trails Dr., Naperville. Marilyn, I just heard that you're gone and I'm so saddened to think that we won't meet again. You were a wonderful person and always so much fun to be with, mostly at Cub games for us. Thanks for all the years of fun and friendship at Raychem and at Wrigley! I'll miss you dear friend, very much. Ron, you had a wonderful partner with Marilyn and I'm so sorry for your enormous loss!

Dear Uncle Ron,
Ryan, Alec and I wish we could have been there physically, Aunt Mar knows we were there spiritually, we feel her. We love our Aunt Mar and will miss her dearly.
