Marie McLain Obituary

McLain, Marie age 91, born in Jamesport, MO, late of Chicago, passed away July 2, 2008, peacefully surrounded by her loving family. A beloved wife of the late Charles McLain, loving mother of Edward (Charlene), Barbara (Mario) Duval, Richard (the late Bernice), John (Betty), Kathy (David) Warren, the late Beverly (the late William) Kappel and Clarence (the late Judith) McLain, dearest grandmother of 39, great-grandmother of 104 and great-great-grandmother of 50, dear sister of Dorothy Campbell and preceded in death by six brothers and six sisters, a fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. A former and faithful member of the Jamesport Baptist Church, The Southside Baptist Church and the Bethany Baptist Church. Resting at Thomas McInerney's Sons Funeral Home, 7901 S. Komensky Ave., where funeral services will be held Monday, 10 a.m., Deacon Joe Johnson officiating. Visitation Sunday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. 773-585-0702
