Marie Kearns Obituary
Marie left us all too soon on November 5th, 2016. She was born in Greenwich, CT on March 11th, 1971. Beloved mother to Sarah and Ryan, wife to Rick, daughter to Seamus, and sister to Jack, Laura, and Kate. Marie is proceeded in death by her mother Rita.
Marie was raised in Old Greenwich, graduated from UCONN, and met Rick in EMT class at Hartford Hospital. Marie and Rick were married in Dublin, Ireland and spent the following two years cycle touring and running a ski chalet.
Upon news of their first child, Marie and Rick moved to Seattle from France and later moved to Redmond. Marie worked as a Quality Assurance specialist in the pharmaceutical industry.
Marie was passionate about food and loved to cook. She traveled to many foreign destinations for work and pleasure. Marie enjoyed spending time with the kids and always had Fergus or Stella by her side.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday March 11th, 2017 at the Kearns household from 4-8 PM.
