Our deepest sympathy to the family of Marie. What a wonderful lady! My mother, Grace Burns, sat at the same dining table at Fox Knoll some time ago. (My mom died early this year at age 104) When I would come to visit my mom on Sundays, many times Marie would sit outside by the Gazebo with us and chat. She was always so kind to my mother. Marie talked lovingly about her family and had us come to her room to see all her family pictures. We always enjoyed time spent with Marie. We will make a donation to Provena Fox Knoll in memory of Marie.

Although the loss of the Matriach is a sad event in your lives, it is also a joyous one as she surely has ascended to her final resting place. She will be there at the gates to greet you when you and your family arrive.

Just received word that Marie had passed and with it came a flood of wonderful memories of your Mom. She was a big part of life in Elmhurst and will always be in our thoughts and prayers.
