Christensen, Marie G. (nee Schultz), of Sherrard, IL, formerly of Wood Dale, beloved wife of the late Harry, loving mother of Joel Green of Sherrard, IL, dear grandmother of Curt (Tracee) Green of Sherrard, IL, Todd (Jeni) Green of Orion, IL and Anna McMeekon of Matherville, IL, great- grandmother of Nathan, Jessie, Amy Ray-Ann and Anna Lee Green and Timmie and Tabitha McMeekon. Marie was born February 21, 1916, in Chicago. Marie earned a four year degree from Southern Illinois University in Cosmetology, specializing in hair coloring and cosmetizing. She was employed as a beautician for 20 years at Burdett's Beauty Salon in Elmhurst, IL retiring in the late 1970's. Funeral service will be Thursday, 11 a.m., at Geils Funeral Home, 260 W.
