A lovely, gracious, beautiful, hardworking lady who raised a wonderful family with her strong, determined and wise husband, Pablo. Who knows what adversity they faced in their life together to get where they are? She herself probably couldn't- or wouldn't- remember the bad times anyway because she seemed to face life with a positive outlook. Always there to help out, volunteering in the community alongside her extended family.
She possessed a soothing manner... like a sweet scent drifting by, the murmur of a flowing brook-- you just couldn't be in a bad mood around her. Maria accepted people as they are and knew how to laugh and have fun. A great example to her amazing family and a personal inspiration for me.
