Margaret Shanna Obituary

Shanna, Margaret Ann 44, of Piper City, IL, died Saturday, April 22, 2006, following a auto accident in the Kempton Area. Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 27th, at the United Methodist Church in Piper City with Rev. Jan Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Avoca Township Cemetery in Fairbury, IL. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at Reilly-Redenius Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital. Margaret was born on October 9, 1961, in Chicago, IL, to Edward & Idabelle (Schwarz) Shanna. Her childhood was spent in the Chicago Area. She attended the McCormack Grade School and graduated from Richards High School. She was a representative for Cingular Wireless in Rantoul, IL. Survivors include three daughters, Monika Shanna of Fairbury, Roberta Shanna of Piper City, and "Barbel" Irene Bylon of Steger, one granddaughter, McKenzie Belle, three sisters, Henrietta Borjas and Mildred Anaya both of Chicago. Martha Lamer of Las Vegas, one brother, Thomas Shanna of Chicago. Pre-decedents parents, two brothers Edward and Robert. one sister, Kathleen. Margaret was a member of the United Methodist Church in Piper City. She enjoyed crocheting and cooking.
