Margaret Kuester Obituary

In Guilford, Saturday, May 10, 2008, Margaret Pless Kuester of 219 Great Hill Rd, Guilford. Wife of Carl K. Kuester. Mother of Kenneth E. (Renee) Kuester of East Haven, Mark A. (Betty Ann) Kuester of Springfield, ME, Jeannette (Robert) Cole of Northfield, VT, William D. (Cindy) Kuester of Durham and James P. Kuester of North Guilford. Sister of Gertrude Hutchinson of Arvada, CO and Judith Constable of Darien, CT. Also survived by seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Kuester was a resident of Guilford for 52 years and worked at the Bruning Company for many years. Before moving to Connecticut she worked for Lever Brothers in New York. Margaret was past president of the Melissa Jones PTA, a member of the Kings Daughters and the North Guilford Congregational Church. She enjoyed gardening and reading, and loved spending her free time with family. Margaret was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, and will be missed by all.
A Memorial service will held on Sat. May 31 at 11am in the North Guilford Congregational Church, 159 Ledge Hill Rd, Guilford.
