Manuel "Manny" Perez, age 99 of Elmwood Park; Beloved husband of the late Lupe; Dearest son of the late Frank and the late Raphael; Loving dad of Frank Perez (Mary Rothenbach) and Andrew (Cheryl) Perez; Caring grandpa of Andrew (Amy), Nicholas, Anthony (Rebecca) Perez, Paula (Anthony) Dori and Katie Perez; Caring Great-grandpa of Judeann, Luna, Braden, Liam, Isla, Emmet, Vivian, AJ, Manny and Augustine; Dearest oldest brother of 9; Loving and caring uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dedicated veteran of WWII and held an intricate part in General Patton's "Spear Headers". Visitation Thursday, October 17th, 2024, at Salerno Galewood Chapels, 1857 N. Harlem Ave, Chicago, from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Friday, October 18th, Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. at St. Celestine Church.

I knew Manny and Lupe thru my in-laws back in the 80's. And he used to golf with my husband sometimes. He was such a nice man. RIP
