Lupe Bustos Obituary
Passed away peacefully at his home, Tuesday May 23, 2023. Age 79. Lupe graduated from Northern Illinois University and was a Chicago Police Officer for 25 years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and Latin American Police Association. Preceded in death by his three brothers Carlos, Frank and Tony Bustos. Survived by his daughter Lisa (John) Dobbyn, 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and one brother Delfino (Perla) Bustos. Memorial Visitation will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Road, Joliet on Saturday, May 23, 2023, from 10:00 am until time of services at 1:00 pm. Memorials to National Kidney Foundation or Chicago Police Memorial Foundation will be appreciated.
