Dear Lucy and family,
Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your mom. There is no replacement for our moms. I am sure there is a special place in heaven for her. Through the years, I have thought of our shared time at St. Mary's and remember the fun and stories you told me about your childhood and the special ways your mom made them. You remain in my prayers.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to my cousins on the death of your very special Mother, my Aunt Louie. I don't have to tell you how lucky you are to have had such a great Mom. I'm pretty sure it's impossible to live up to the "Mom" gold standard set by the Kirk sisters. The ache from loosing such a wonderful Mom is beyond words.
