To the family of Lucia Bizzotto: I remember Lucia fondly as her tax preparer at H and R Block Premium. She made me feel important and I thought of her as a friend. I looked forward to seeing her each year (at the last minute) until my retirement a few years ago. My prayers are for her and her family.
