I live out of state and just heard about Louis's passing. What a loss. Prayers for the family, his sisters and family. I went to grammar school with Louis and I remember him to always be happy, friendly and full of life. I am sure the family still misses him. This condolence is late, but not any less heart felt.

My deepest sympathy to the families of Louie and Norma.
I knew Louie well in high school. While I haven't seen him in years, I can tell that he remained the gentle, funny and loving soul that I knew then. Louie made this world a much better place by sharing himself with us. We will all miss him.

The Velazquez Family:
My deepest condolances to all of you, prayers to the children, siblings and parents who will suffer deeply for this loss. Although no words can truly ease the pain of this sudden loss, please know that many feel for you and wish you comfort in your time of sorrow. While I was closer in friendship with Louis' sisters, I remember a happy and talented young man. I am so very sorry for your loss.

My deepest condolences to the Velazquez family. I worked with Lou many years ago at Handelan Pederson Studio on Michigan Ave. He was always laughing and full of life and always had a smile on his face. There were several time when we had to pull over-nighters on jobs, and not once did Lou ever complain. Well, the years have passed and it's not until times like these that you realize how people touch your life. My prayers are with you, the family and with Lou and his family.
