Louis Sampson Obituary

Sampson, Dr. Louis retired Psychiatrist, a graduate of Vanderbilt University Medical School class of 1956, passed away at age 83, in Chicago. Dr. Sampson, formerly of Nashville, TN, was the beloved husband and best friend for 62 years of Sylvia, loving father of Elaine (Fred) Hamburg, Sherri (Dennis) Workman, Karen (Arnold) Weingart, Vicki (Erik) Wegweiser, cherished grandfather of Keith and Brian Hamburg and Zoe Weingart, adoring great-grandfather of Emily, Allison, Rachel and Aaron Hamburg. Services Thursday, November 14, 2002, 1 p.m., at Temple Sholom of Chicago, 3480 N. Lake Shore Dr., Chicago. Interment immediately following at Westlawn Cemetery.
