Konopka, Louis 87, beloved husband of Frances (nee Baczynski), loving father of Stanley (Carole) and Richard Konopka, fond grandfather of Theresa (Curtiss) Barnes, Jeffrey (Violetta), Rick (Kimberly), Gina and Michael Konopka and Jennifer Killin, great grandfather of Holly Ann Konopka, dear brother of Veronica (the late Raymond) Mountain and the late Fred Konopka, fond uncle of many. Funeral Monday, 8:30 a.m. from Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, to Our Lady Mother of the Church Mass 9:30 a.m. Entombment St. Adalbert Mausoleum. He was a member of the T.R.I.P. Club, The Senior Polka Association, The Friendship Club of Our Lady Mother of the Church, the St. Eugene Young at Heart Club and he was a 37 year employee with the U.S.P.S. Wicker Park Station.
