Jankiewicz, Louis S. age 76, Korean War Veteran, beloved husband of Evelyn (nee Niedziela), loving father of Michael (Diane), Richard (Deborah), Paul (Ann), dear uncle of Helene (Peter) Reyes, devoted grandfather of Matthew, Sarah, Melissa, Stephen, Daniel, Jessica, Zachary and Tyler. Resting at Lewis Funeral Home, 7600 W. Grand Ave., (at the Circle), Elmwood Park, Sunday, from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Monday, February 28th, at 9:30 a.m., to St. Celestine Church. Dear Evelyn and Family,
I'd like to offer my deepest sympathy. Lou was a wonderful man! I know he is now resting comfortably in God's Heavenly Kingdom. Instead of shedding tears, we should all smile and be happy for Lou! Just remember, he'll have an easier time resting in peace if he knows that you are all taking care of yourselves.
