Horak Jr., Louis F. of Indian Head Park, formerly of Westchester and LaGrange. Beloved husband of Veronica E. "Sugar" (nee O'Malley), loving father of Judith A., Louis III (Teresa), Louise (Harry) Bontrager and Michael (Karen Rulo), dear grandfather of Andrea, Carolyn, Thomas Horak and Benjamin Holmgren, devoted brother of Marion (Robert) Kulaas and the late John (late Ruthe), fond uncle of many. Visitation 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside, where Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday. Private interment All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Muscular Dystrophy Assn., Fox-DuPage Chapter, 1100 W. 31st St., Ste, 120, Downers Grove, IL, 60515, appreciated.
