Spano, Lois "Flo"

Lois "Flo" Spano, née Ewasiuk, Age 62. Lois was born to parents Michael and Lorraine Ewasiuk on November 29, 1960. She graduated from Curie high school in 1978, during which time she met her loving husband, Robert "Bo" Spano. Throughout their 48 years together, Bo and Flo created a lasting example of fidelity and love for their four children: Raymond (Deborah), Nicole (David), Beth (Brett) and Samuel. Lois dedicated her life to raising her children, and instilled in them the importance of family and faith. They will remember their mother for her creativity and adventurous spirit, but most of all for her unconditional love. She supported them in all of their endeavors and raised them to be independent and hardworking. Dear sister-in-law to Marybeth (late Donald) Revoir. Lois was a precious friend and had many lifelong friendships. She held her church family close to her heart, and the bonds she created with them gave her comfort as she could feel the presence of God. Through her volunteer work at Camp Blessing she touched the lives of many. She had a wonderful gift of making every person she met in her daily life feel significant and loved through her heart of servitude. Lois passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on September 24, 2023. She will be missed more than words can express, but her loving example will continue through the legacy of her beloved grandchildren: Norah, Benjamin, Natalie, Elijah and Isaiah.
