Schnoebelen, Lois E. (nee Malven), 86, September 21, 2016, longtime resident of the southwest side of Chicago's Clearing neighborhood; beloved wife of 64 years to the recently departed, Ronald Schnoebelen; devoted mother of Patrice (Neil) Benjamin and Stephen (Joann) Schnoebelen; loving grandmother of Dennis and Donald Schnoebelen, Jeffrey, Jeremy and Jordan Benjamin; dear daughter of the late Donald and Bess Allison Malven. Thank you, Mom, for teaching me how to be a good mom by your wonderful example to me and Steve. Thank you to the wonderful nurses and staff at Maryhaven. Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Saturday, September 24, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service Saturday at 7:00 p.m. Cremation following.
