Leroy Winters a resident of 6111 Flicker Ave. passed away August 19, 2001. He leaves to mourn: his wife, Elsie Cummings Winters, sons, Leroy Winters, Jr., Bernard (Beverly), Calvin and Nathaniel; 5 daughters, Roseanna Taylor, Louvena Simmons, Margaret Clark (Randy), Margie Bell (Paul) and Pollyanna Jones; 32 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 7 step children, 21 step grandchildren, 25 step great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. in New Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 6132 Flicker Ave., Rev. Bill Coleman, Pastor.
