Hi. Mr. Kosiek was my history teacher in either or both my Freshman year and Sophmore years at DeLaSalle. He was a wonderful teacher, and a really decent role model. I will never forget him, and my condolences and wishes for Jesus'
blessings go out to his family.

Carol and family, we are so sorry for your loss. We have such fond memories of fun times spent in Arizona, and especially Len's birthday celebration in the sky box at the White Sox Game. Carol, we are here for you.

You were a wonderful and loving father and a great example of how one should try to treat others as we would like to be treated. Thanks for teaching me the value of patience, listening over talking, and always looking to see the good in others. Bring us home a 2008 Cubs WS, with love.

We will miss him. It was his year for the Cubs. Maybe he can pull some stringes in heaven.
