I worked with Leo at ISP in Des Plaines. What a wonderful man he was! It was hard not to like him! Always laughed and got other people laughing. I'm so very sorry to hear of his passing. Love to all.

Mike & Mark & families: Having recently returned from out of town we only now heard of your father's death. We enjoyed sharing laughs and times
with both your mom and dad at Morenz's parties, as we met in Jewell, and before, during, and after DHS basketball games. We will certainly miss
those wonderful times. Judy and Arlo Straight

We just found out about Leo's passing last night. So sorry to hear the sad news. Jay was just with him at the Mt. Carmel Outing and was saying what a funny happy -go-lucky guy he was. Always had a smile on his face and did the same to whoever he was talking with. Everyone will miss him much! Love and Hugs, Sharon and Jay

We will miss Leo very much. Leo and Rena were our beloved neighbors on Sunnyside for the past 23 years, and were always there for us with advice on gardening, marriage, raising kids, etc. Leo always made us laugh and really brightened up the neighborhood. Sunnyside will not be the same without him. -Sally and Peter Spero
