Lenore Burkman-Johnsen Obituary

Lenore Burkman- Johnsen Will Be Missed Born Lenore Shelton DuPras in Bakersfield, CA. Passed away peacefully on July 27, 2011 in Roseville. CA at the age of 82 after a long bout with Alzheimers. A Marysville/Yuba City resident for over 22 years, Lenore attended Marysville High School, and was then married to Harry C. Price for 17 years. After remarrying Lenore moved to Utah and prusued a career in Real Estate, but once retired she returned to Yuba City where she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 30 years, Douglas Burkman in April of 1994, Lenore was also preceded in death by her parents Mary DuPras-Allen and Stephen DuPras, and siblings Juanita Harrison, Charlotte Padilla, and Lawrence and Clifford DuPras. After 50 years, Lenore was reunited with and married her High School Sweetheart, Charlie Johnsen. Lenore was then preceded in death by Charlie, her loving husband of nine and a half years on February 16, 2010. Lenore is survived by devoted daughter and son-in-law Sharlet (Lottie) and Thomas Pyne, devoted Grandson Brian Pyne and his loving wife Erin and son Charlie, and devoted Grandson Robert Pyne. Lenore is also survived by her loving son Michael Burkman of Utah, and her daughter Sharon Price Taylor and her family of Vacaville, CA. In accordance with Lenore's wishes, no memorial service will be held. Lenore will be dearly missed by her family and friends. May Peace Be With All That Knew And Loved Her Knowing That She Is Out Of Pain And Finally At Peace!
