Gentile, Lena Resident of the West Lawn neighborhood of Chicago, passed away March 22, 2015 at the age of 89. Lena was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Gentile, Sr.; loving mother of Joseph A. Jr. (Laura) and Martin (Heather); proud grandmother of Chris (Denise) Gentile, Alicia Gentile, Nicole (Frank) Vitalo, Natalie (Aaron) Herndon, Sarah Gentile and the late Jenny Gentile; honored great-grandmother of Anthony, Emma, Giovanna, Aria and Francesca; dear sister of Terri (Sharon Wood) Iacopelli. Visitation Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 12:00 Noon until time of Funeral Mass 12:30 p.m. at Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, 7114 S. Hamlin Ave., Chicago. Entombment St. Mary Garden Mausoleum.
