Lee Robbins Obituary

Of Franklin, formerly of Wellesley, September 10, 2001. Lee W. Robbins, Jr. 65. Beloved husband of Theresa M. (McAlear) Robbins. Father of Robbie Robbins of Littleton, Jason M. Robbins of Franklin, Sharon M. Hackenson of Mendon and the late James C. Robbins. Brother of Roger W. Robbins of Milford. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren. Late residence 7 Downingwood Dr. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Friday at 10:15 AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage St., FRANKLIN with a Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church at 11AM. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory sent to the Lee Robbins Non profit Center at the Isenberg School of Management, Univ. of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA 01003 or the Forge Hill YMCA, Franklin, MA. 02038 would be appreciated. Late founder LW Robbins & Associates Inc.

Lee,

My fondest and most vivid memories of you are as the tall and skinny rebounder of our Hopedale High 1952-53 basketball team. It was your great passing from the pivot that enabled me, at 5'8", to be the high scorer!
